What We Do
We serve others...
We are a 501c3 that serves the Davies County community with low-cost, high-quality, second-hand clothing and other household accessories, such as books, toys, household items, appliances, and much more. Proceeds support two local ministries:
- Elnora Bible Institute
- Stepping Stones
Our Process
We Receive
Most of our clothing comes from people who are trying to get rid of either excess or unwanted clothes. These are stored in warehouse until sorted.
We Sort
Our sorting process is a rigorous one. We only keep high-quality or lightly used clothes. Stains, tears or excessive wear disqualifies a garment. Whether it’s community volunteers or staff, all are expected to hold to the same high standard.
We Sell
Clothes are stocked on shelves on our first floor, where people from all over southern Indiana come to browse and purchase. With prices being low and quality high, we are a great option for second-hand buyers.

We are a 501c3 that serves the Davies County community with low-cost, high-quality, second-hand clothing and other household accessories. Though located in a small town, we get plenty of high-quality clothing and accessories from cities near us like Bloomington, as well as all the way from Pennsylvania.
Odon Thrift Store is managed and run by volunteers and minimally compensated staff. Here is our amazing crew that makes all this possible.
